ART® is a manual therapy that locates and breaks up scar tissue. Scar tissue can form as a result of trauma, overuse or repetitive motion of muscles, tendons & ligaments. The resulting soft tissue dysfunction can lead to swelling, inflammation and pain. ART® may help with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as:

  • neck & back pain
  • headaches
  • whiplash
  • tennis/golf elbow
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • knee pain (iliotibial band syndrome, patellofemoral syndrome)
  • hip pain
  • shoulder pain (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tendonitis)
